I'd be interested to play. I'm at a low standard and don't have a racquet over here, but I'd definitely be up for a game!

Hi,
My husband and I moved to Basel a couple of weeks ago. We are also looking for badminton players in Basel. He's pretty good at it, I am more there for the fun He plays both singles and doubles, I am more used to doubles.
Any suggestions of badminton clubs to join or places to go to?
Thanks!

Hi Guys,
I'm game for Badminton or squash in Basel.
Though I'm technically very good in badminton, have had no practice in years, and am not very fit... In squash, I'm just about ok... Play for fun.
Since I'm new to Englishforum and to Basel, would appreciate if someone could PM me.
Regards
Nikky

Hi Caroline, I am a chinese girl interested in Badminton. Just saw this thread, is it still valid, it yes, I am in:0 | Quote: | | | | | Hi Folks,
Having dusted down my 20yr old squash racquet, I've just recently got back into playing squash and was wondering if anyone fancied a regular/semi-regular game of squash. My standard of play is low/moderate and so too is my fitness level.
I'm usually free Tues/Weds/Thurs from 7ish (pm) or maybe over the w-end.
The same applies to Badminton - anyone interested in a game?
Reply or PM me if you're interested. I've been using a sports centre in Allschwil in Basel for squash which is pretty decent and has been easy so far to book courts at short notice but they also have badminton courts.
Cheers,
Caroline | | | | | |

Hi I moved to Basel a couple of weeks ago from Delemont.
When moving I found my squash racket and realised how much I used to enjoy playing.
If anyone is interested in a game I would say I'm not a great player but have a good understanding of the game.
I'm available to play any time after 6:30 weekdays and all day on weekends.
Please send me an email if interested, paulralph99@hotmail.com |

Hi, just thought I'd bump this thread, as I play on the above listed squash ladder, but am the only girl and hoped we could maybe get some more female interest? Or even just PM me for a casual game if you like!
(I'm probably about a social level)

I'm looking for a regular weekly game and would welcome any challengers!? Please Pm me if your interested. I've heard mention on various posts of roaming French leagues, any ideas where these can be found?

As for the french leagues, I can't help you but there is a couple in Basel (it's German, but there are English speaking players too, as far as I'm aware), definitely at the Van de Merwe centre 0614879898.
Hope that helps!
