I can see earlier in the thread that someone had asked for gym recommendations in/near Schmeide Wiedikon (Kreis 3), but nothing came back....so I'm asking again. Anyone?

Google brings up a place called Box Keller right round the corner from my apartment, which appears to be a boxing gym. Anyone got any feedback on there also?

Basefit are a chain of gyms around Zurich and they have a new one between Kalkbreite and Lochergut in Kreis 4 that opened last November. They had a special sign-up offer of 399 chf for 12 months which I took and is great value. I'm not sure but I think their fee is only 499 for 12 months:

Hi all - in the UK I used to use an online service called pay as you gym: http://www.payasugym.com/ is there anything similar to this in Zurich? I don't really need a membership - just pay as you go, on the weekends.

Or perhaps a weekend membership somewhere near Seefeld?
