There are a few in Zurich.

I'd love to play, but I'm afraid I'm going to be a disappointment since I'm not all that good. I do love the sport, though. If you can put up with an amateur, I'd really appreciate it.

There are several tennis clubs and open sand courts in Zürich as well as indoor.

The ones I know are, the Tennis Verband is at Mythenquai 200, 8 courts can be had for 10/hr in the morning,15 in the afternoon ,20 evening and weekends, 2 practice walls are free of charge if you find them free.

Just to the side of it there is the Belvoir tennis club, 600 CHF per year and you can play any time you want and one of the 4 courts they have are free.

For indoor tennis there is another city operated installation in Lengg, Seefeld, the indoor courts cost 28 per hour.
