Hey everyone,

I am new to this forum and also switzerland. This site seems like a great place to start. My family and I just moved here. I have a son who likes sports. Does anyone know how the sports clubs work here. I have found some baseball clubs near our home but the websites don't provide information on how to join.

The soccer clubs (FC's) are numerous and everyone can play, boys and girls. It's also a good place to meet people from your "Gemeinde".

Welcome to the Forum. Best bet is to pop by one evening and say hello. Beware, though, that most sport clubs come with the inevitable fees and it's not so easy to play casually; most will require signing up for a season in advance.
