July 3: City of berne will be free of cars

A premiere in Berne. On 3rd of July the streets are closed for private cars and other motorized vehicles - not all of Berne, but the centre of Berne, Monbijoux and Kirchenfeld. The streets are open for fun, sports and other things.

What a great idea, I think more cities should follow this.
