Sorry, it was a terrible slur, FIFA has now found itself blameless. Who'd have thought it? http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/30491135

Hehe, nothing surprises me anymore. The good thing is that everyone considers FIFA a laughing stock and Blatter will surely be dead soon. The bad thing is that nothing will change there anytime soon! Still, some postives may come out of this latest blunder. Hopefully Garcia will publish his report himself, because unless he does his reputation will be tarnished.

I assume Garcia doesn't own the copyright of the report, so he's kinda screwed

I think I read somewhere that he could publish it in America without too much risk. I guess FIFA could try and pursue him there but as they're flavour of the the month in the US either then they wouldn't get very far.

hmmm I wouldn't like to be on the end of a copyright infringement claim in the US, especially if I lived there

I guess he could leave his pc on and connected to the internet in the hope some hackers just happen to copy everything off it

Or just upload it to apples cloud

Well Mr `Bellend` has a new rival for his position, as it is announced that former football heartthrob, David Ginola (great player, by the way), is to stand in the FIFA presidential election . . . why? . . . because he`s worth it.

I saw that Septic Bladder made a moving tribute about the French
terror attacks with 'Je suis Charlie' on the screen behind him at the annual FIFA Bellen 'ders Awards.

I'm sure he meant every word of it...

Oh, hang on...

No surprise Blatter has turned down the opportunity to participate in a live debate with the other candidates running for office.

WC final will be held 18th December, confirmed.

I'm really really disappointed in this, but not at all suprised. I'm already worried about Boxing Day

Such a thing as a TV debate would endanger his win at the next elections. I suppose he will lead FIFA for many years to come

You know, if FIFA is that divorced from reality, why not let everybody spend their whole Christmas vacation in Qatar during the World Cup and schedule the final a week later on Christmas Day?

Qatar/FIFA/Blatter are up to reality and realize that Qatar Airways and the others Need some Business in the weeks BEFORE Christmas. Traders in Doha will sell Christmas Things and that only makes sense BEFORE Christmas/NewYear season

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

But disappointingly (from the BBC article)

//
Up to six Fifa officials are reported to have been arrested. They have not been named, but Mr Blatter is not understood to be one of them.
//

Bugger it.
