Following the leak, FIFA has published the whole Garcia report here.
Anybody care to read the 500 pages and comment
here's a summary of England's involvement, with the FA and Cameron trying to whore themselves out for a World Cup 2018 vote all with a light sprinkling of quid pro quo voting with South Korea.

According to the Garcia report England 2018 “provided full and valuable co-operation in establishing the facts and circumstances of this case” with witnesses made available for interview and documents produced on request.
However, the report also identified “conduct by England 2018 that may not have met the standards set out in the FCE (FIFA code of ethics) or the bid rules”.
The report adds: “In many cases England 2018 accommodated or at least attempted to satisfy, the improper requests made by these Executive Committee members.
"While the bidding process itself, and the attitude of entitlement and expectation demonstrated by certain Executive Committee members in the exchanges discussed in detail above, place the bid team in a difficult position that fact does not excuse all of the conduct.”

Ángel María Villar, the president of the Spanish soccer federation and a FIFA vice president, was arrested on Tuesday as part of a fraud investigation relating to matches played by Spain’s national team.

Mr. Villar was detained by the Spanish police alongside his son, Gorka, and other soccer officials. The arrests were ordered by a judge from Spain’s national court who has been investigating the finances of the national team. The police said in a statement that the detained officials were accused of crimes including embezzlement, fraud and the falsification of documents.

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

Swiss prosecutors said today that they had opened a case in March 2017 against Khelaifi, Valcke and a businessman who wasn’t named on suspicion of fraud, bribery and criminal mismanagement.

Khelaifi, the chief executive officer of beIN Media Group LLC, a television network in Qatar, is suspected of bribing Jerome Valcke, formerly the FIFA general secretary, prosecutors said Thursday in a statement.

Joining the investigation are authorities from France, Greece, Italy and Spain, which helped search properties as part of the probe, according to the Swiss attorney general.

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

It stinks to high heaven.

Platinni, Blatter, Sarkozy, Mohammed bin Hammam (Qatari), fat Blazer, Khelaifi, Valcke..... the li$t goes on.

PSG (or should I say Qatari Saint Germain) now spending STUPID money on transfers, 350M+ for two players. Let that sink in. Almost a 1/3 of a billion Euros for 2 players!

Name one person involved with the disgraceful money grab that resulted in both Russia and Qatari WCs being awarded that does not belong in jail?

Why did they award two WCs at the same time?

Why did Qatar say European summer in their bid - which everyone voted for then decided that it's too hot and now must be played in Dec.

Banned Blatter will accept Putin's invitation to the World Cup in Russia.

Well of course he will. Who's surprised?

should have grabbed him back by the nuts and squeezed

a video of him writhing on the floor would make a good accompaniment to the guy who showered him with dollar bills. just took another look and that still makes me laugh - "here we go, sepp" at 0:20 and a perfect throw

They are a business not a democracy. Why do they pretend it is a fair process?
They should just hold auctions for future WCs!

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

Some of the world’s largest broadcasters, including Fox Sports, were involved in bribe payments to Fifa officials in order to secure the broadcast rights to major South American football tournaments, a key witness in the investigation into corruption at football’s governing body has told a federal court in New York City.

Alejandro Burzaco, the former CEO of Torneos y Competencias, a major sports marketing company based in Argentina, testified that five other companies he had partnered with, including Brazilian network Globo and the Mexican network Grupo Televisa, had bribed Fifa officials during his tenure.

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

The former chief medical officer at Fifa was investigating the alleged Russian state doping of footballers when his work was abruptly terminated under the presidency of Gianni Infantino in November last year.
Professor Jiri Dvorak, a distinguished doctor and consultant neurologist who worked on Fifa’s medical, anti-doping and injury-prevention programmes for 22 years, complained he was given no notice or explanation when the world game’s ruling body suddenly ended his employment.

Mutko (the president of the Russian football association and the organising committee for the World Cup, has been banned from the Olympic Games by the IOC) has rejected all allegations of a Russian state doping operation, and did so again at the World Cup draw in Moscow, where Infantino sat alongside him.

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

Two former South American football officials were found guilty on multiple corruption charges on Friday by a New York City jury in the first case brought to trial as a result of the US government’s sprawling investigation of Fifa, Fox and other top broadcasters involved in Fifa bribe scheme, witness tells court.

The case was the first to come to trial since a dramatic dawn raid at a hotel near Fifa headquarters in Zurich revealed the investigation to the public for the first time.

The trial, revealed a web of corrupt practice that prosecutors say spanned several decades and resulted in at least $150m in bribes.

Re: Mr Joseph Sepp Bellend Blatter - FIFA corruption

On Monday Sheikh Ahmad stepped down from his IOC roles following allegations by Swiss prosecutors that he and four others made fake videos as part of a plot against two Kuwaiti government officials. He has been an IOC member since 1992 and chairs the Olympic Solidarity Commission.

Sheikh Ahmad’s reputation took a knock last year when he resigned from Fifa’s ruling council after being linked with Richard Lai, the Fifa audit and compliance committee member who was banned for bribery.

And More;
The Valais Attorney General’s Office has launched an investigation into claims that a Valais prosecutor facilitated contacts between Gianni Infantino, president of football’s world governing body FIFA and the Swiss attorney general, Michael Lauber.
