Re: Dangerous Man on the loose

I am so relieved this man has been caught - I was returning last week alone from UK, and kept thinking of him loose in the area (and also of Odile's post on wolves and lynx) that I had a bad feeling of returning by myself till Mr S was with me.

He was caught a couple of mins away from me - I am so glad I stayed put in sunny Kent..

Re: Dangerous Man on the loose

In defence of the police, they were very close to getting him (he claims they were 3 metres away from him at one point), and the fact that they were looking for him all over the place and that he had to survive on wild strawberries and river water led him to eventually go to a restaurant (where they claim to have recognized him) and give himself up.
