Re: Swiss court overrules referendum result.

Every reasoned calculation is one of advantages vs disadvantages. The brochure didn't mention even one advantage.

The proposition allows for preferential treatment of married couples, thereby discriminating against other forms of partnership while it bans discriminating against marriage.

The complete argument, including what was posted in the brochure, is entirely dishonest. That makes the whole undertaking hypocrit and egotistic, it's an utter disgrace.

I have to disagree.

The referendum is about marriage, no more no less.

What other types of relationships should get equal treatment as marriage is a whole different discussion.

Well, it is the Guardian.

I wonder if, living in Switzerland, there are better ways to stay in touch with what's happening in Switzerland?
