I do remember that discussion from decade ago where only alternative was GMO - which actually promotes pesticides - and would fall out of favour once voted Ya.

Ultimately all food would get more expensive for "that reason" ...

you can follow one that is already voted - apply for swiss citizenship and you be granted any right to vote.
