Can anyone assist in shedding some light on how permits are affected by a change in relationship status, formerly married to a swiss. divorce is not final but planned.

Will the permit simply be updated/changed?

Work circumstance is still the same, full time employed in Switzerland and have been resident in CH for 3 years.

Are you Eu or non-EU?

If you are from the UK, then of course that, too, is now non-EU. However, you'd need to check on whatever special regulations there are, specifically for UK citizens and how long ago they arrived in the UK.
