I checked it out (Bellinzona to Zurich on December 22nd) on the SBB app, and several of the journeys are listed as having a 1 hr 42 mins duration. That's definitely not accurate under current circumstances, but I guess some confusion is understandable.

That's indeed not accurate, even though they say it will take the old route (Panoramastrecke). Best to plan with an additional 1h / today's travel times.

the app/ online plan is updated up to the 10 of December 2023 (Fahrplanwechsel), which is the annual date when the timetables are updated, according to the SBB website, so this makes sense if you checked for a later date to still see the "normal"(before the derailment) duration of that trip.
