Car Cover - is it allowed?

Hi All,I don't use my car very often, and decided it might be a good idea to put a car cover over it. The car is parked in the Blau Zone, so obviously i'd need to cut a whole so the parking permit is visible. In my time here, I've only ever seen one other car with a car cover over it on the street. My question is: do you know if it's allowed? I can't see why not, if the parking permit is visible... Cheers!

You would also need to cut holes for the number plates. Why not ask at the local police station?

Why does Millionaire Oil Man not have a garage? j/k.

I don't remember ever seeing them before. Your best best it to go to the parking police office and ask them. Let us know what they say.

Re: Car Cover - is it allowed?

If there is any dust between the cover and the paint, wind, rain, snow, whatever will move the cover around enough to dull your paint. Covers are meant for inside vs. dust, rats, cats 'n whatnot. Rent a garage, then it will be safe from the elements, vandals, lousy parkers, etc., etc.
