Ok, didn't you manage to read between the lines:
Step 1: Find out which US brands you are interested in are available in CH. Price doesn't matter at this stage. Call the importer up, tell him you just moved over here with your US car and you would need Swiss papers for your existing rims. If the Swiss model is the same as the US one, he will send you a copy of the papers for a two digit amount of CHF.
Step 2: Buy the rims in the US, send them here, pay the import duties... get them on the car.
Step 3: Bring your car with US rims and CH letter of approval to your nearest Strassenverkehrsamt and get the wheels written into your cars papers.
Easy... well, no. But probably worth it.
P.S: Same holds true for EU parts as well if you happen to be not into the US gangster chrome stuff... they didn't invent alloy wheels in order to slap heavy chrome on them. From an engineering perspective the opposite of sensible.
