Firstly, I would hope that nothing happened to you and would love to know that you're OK!

So it seems I can either take this to the police, or forget the whole thing and leave it be.
Let it go.
The best you can hope for is CHF175, realistically you may get 50% as you fell off in front of her, or, you may and are most likely to get nothing.

I'm very undecided about what to do at the moment, so I'd be very interested to hear people's opinions please. Is it worth getting die Polizei involved?
POLICE ! Punish the b!tch and take her for everything she's worth and more ! Claim medical bills, time-of-work bills, ask for punal damages !

How can you even consider letting her of the hook scott free after she put your life in danger like this ?

If you let her off the hook then the blood of the next cyclist she runs over is on your hands ! Sorry to sound dramatic but cardrivers carelessly putting other people in danger should be shot in my opinion.

This is what I did (going for as much $ as possible, not the shooting) when I was hit by a car back when I still lived in Holland. Since I ha(d)(ve) rechtsschutz they pulled as much money from the car driver as possible which I put towards a brand new bike
