Hey Ya'll,

Anyone have any ideas why there were a bunch of US Army trucks from WWII running from Mullhouse, France to Basel today? I caught up with them near the Euro Airport Zoll and saw all of them had plates from AG, BS, BL, VD.. All of the trucks, ambulances, prison vans, jeeps etc.. were in mint condition (obviously restored) and I think they were driving back from somewhere..

I had to succumb to my north american temptation and roll down my window to do my USA, USA, USA chant near the zoll (much to the embarressment of my wife and he quizzed looks from the drivers in the convoy).

Any ideas about what all that was about?
