Hi I am going to be moving from Lux to CH in 3 weeks and when we deregister my insurance will no longer be valid so I'm trying to be insured in CH.
I have been told that I can't drive with Lux license plates or I can if I get a form stamped 13.20 which means that I'm on the books and this 13.20 number is enough for me to be insured.
However I rang customs in Basel and they were all contradictory and all over the place.
Can anyone help in my Switzerland hurdle #1 experience?

Zurich connect and I believe Allianz will insure your car on a short term basis on foreign plates - until the car is imported or put on Z-plates.
