Documentation for selling car

Hi
Wanted to know what documentation is required while making the sale of the car. Do i need to sign any documents or get something signed from the buyer.

Thanks for the reponses, was much help with the link for the older post on selling the car.
I forgot to ask about my swiss driving license, when leaving switzerland, do I have to also hand back by swiss license or I can keep it with me.

If you had it back, you won't have a license to exchange wherever you go, so hang on to it!
