Does anyone commute by car or train daily to Basel? I am so happy living in Zurich but have a good job opportunity in Basel which I am unsure about taking...

Any advice would be great on what your experiences are on this!

not every single day but a lot..... if going by car the gubrist tunnel is your enemy unless u travel outside rush hour.

Take the train, its about 1 hour with the express without any worries.

I see lots of familiar faces on the train also doing the dialy commute

I agree the train itself is just an hour, but the whole door to door is 1h36min, which is really getting a bit too much. Maybe I can work out travelling outside rush hour, thanks for the info!
