Commuting from Echenevex to Geneva

Hi
We've finally got here and now my husband starts work on Monday in Geneva. Does anyone have any advice on commuting to Geneva from Echenevex and the best way to do it ?

Thanks
Jane

Re: Commuting from Echenevex to Geneva

Ah. Well, he's in a much better position than if he had to go down town. You really want to avoid at all cost Rte de Lausanne and anything along the lake. But he won't need to go there to get to Lancey.

It's been a long time since I've lived in GE so maybe someone else can comment what it's like at the border crossing. The two places that could hold him up are crossing into CH and then crossing the bridge to Lancey. Those are where you get bottle necks.

Good luck to your husband on his first day of work.
