Re: SBB Super Saver tickets now available

I've tried three browsers on two operating systems and can't get any joy. I put departure and destination points, the date, click "search for super saver tickets" but it just returns the same screen.

this happened to me because I wasn't including accent marks (Zürich, not Zurich) - maybe for you too?

Re: SBB Super Saver tickets now available

Since they revamped their website a few months ago it's looked great but not worked too well.

Their "offers to Euroean cities" page seems to need the information entering twice for some reason. And I also tried to find out the price from Basel to Lugano - no real plan to go, just wanted to know how much it would be - for a super saver price but gave up. I had to type something into a name and DoB boxes just to get the outbound times, and then the "next" button just kept reloading the same page. (IE8 at work.)

About the dob, you need to enter it in the same format as the sbb site uses (there's today's date on the booking page): 05.11.2011

It looks like you can buy the tickets 14 days in advance, which is better than before.

SBB SuperSaver Tickets

Hi all, I'm wondering does anyone know if I buy Supersaver tickets online from the SBB website, do I print the tickets out myself, or do I collect them at the station?
Thanks for any input!

I've bought them online before and have been able to print them out. You can do that also with the regular tickets btw.

They are starting the promotion again today. The current prize code station is Nyon, did anyone get the code?

Is the ticket time restricted? ie what you have chosen, you could only travel on that time? Advise would be really appreciated.

Re: SBB Super Saver tickets now available

Not advisable to get then when you are never certain if your plane will arrive on time or not...
