Yes, this system of cards seems to be becoming more popular.

But what is an ES, please?
Einzahlungsschein. Paying in slip.

As a rule, the people renting an apartment have no right to use the visitor parking. It makes sense: visitor parking is free and is shared by the whole community, while you pay to use permanent parking spot all by yourself.

Either get some form of official permission or stop making up your own rules and park where you are allowed to park.
I say slash his tires

Yeah BURN THE WITCH!!!111!!11!oneone!!111

Guy parks in his own building, probably within reasonable interpretation of the article in his rental contract, with ZERO actual consequences and only what-ifs, and people still bitch about it.

Level of sanctimony in EF is getting more and more unbearable...

I understand his motivation, but then everyone will have one reason or another for doing it. The correct approach is to get permission rather than making a unilateral decision and then complaining that this decision is met with consequences.

If anything, it is the increasing level of entitlement not just on EF but in general that you should be worrying about.
