Swiss Registered car in the UK - length?

Does anyone know how long I can use a Swiss car in the UK for? I presume it is only based on the insurance terms and conditions (we are with Basler)?

Seen lots of threads on the UK registered car to Switzerland but not this way round.

dont have a link but i know its on the dvla website and its in welsh if you want
