True, I did not mean to imply that you could be fined for going over 10% above the speed limit! In NZ they also report the speed you were captured at. What I meant to say was that the devices do have a margin for error reported as a % of their accuracy, and that changes the tolerance at different speeds, more or less. 55km/h in a 50km zone, 110 in 100 etc.
