Im in the proces of selling my car privately and I need to draw up some kind of contract. Does anyone know if the canton of Geneva (or the federal government) has some kind of template for this?

Or if not, does anyone know where I could find such a template or suggest anything imortant that I should include (apart from the obvious) and anything I should be aware of when selling a car privately.

I am not sure about Geneva, but in Vaud people just use the draft I attach to this post.
