H7 55W Bulb for C needed

Yesterday my car's left low beam went off, I guess I need to change the bulb.

Can someone tell me where I can get those, or just going to a Garage is better option since its a 2 min job?

Thanks

Most garages will charge you half an hour's labour for this. You should be able to buy the bulb at larger petrol stations or any DIY shop (Bau&Hobby, Migros do-it, Jumbo, Hornbach, etc.).

If your car is older than about 7 years, it is indeed a quick and easy job. But the manufacturers have followed modern design requirements, and to change a lamp can now be a major job.

You need to ask your garage for a quotation. Then I would go to Germany to fix it, as often you need to remove major items, even the headlight unit itself.

Most DIY stores sell car lamps. http://www.ricardo.ch/search/search....H7%2012V%2055W

I _think_, since he's talking about an H7, that it shouldn't be that difficult, as it's only really on the designed-for-life bi-xenon ones that they'd be so difficult to access. Also, if he knows it's an H7, it implies he's been able to access it to see what it is.

its car bulb ...and I checked in migros did nt find it.
And in my home country - I will not go to buy a car bulb ..instead just call a mechanic who would charge me a reasonable amount.
