40 chf/year. It's part of the Autobahn system so you need the Autobahn vignette.

If you take it on the wrong day, it can cost 4 hours waiting time

I already have a Vignette. A 08 one. A policemen on the border has attached it to my breeze. Is it valid for the entire 2008?

And so there is no additional fee to come across San Gottardo other than the Vignette I already own.

Thanks.

That's it. Just pass it. Note that the Gottardo is sometimes closed during the night (10pm - 5am).

You seem to be traveled a lot over Austria. There they have the Autobahn vignette AND an additional fee of about 5-10 EUR for their larger tunnels (Arlberg, Brenner, Tauern, Katschberg, Pyhrn, Gleinalm etc.). Even though none of these tunnels has the length of the Gottardo.

I come from Italy, I had got the vignette on the Ticino border.
I was asking if there is a fee for the passage becouse for Mont Blanc in order to
go in France we must pay 40 Euro (go and return), yeah like in Austria, but I have never been there,
it seems like our tunnels in Italy-France.
Also Gran San Bernardino (near Ge'neva in Switzerland) tunnel there is a fee of 35 Euro, go and return.
Thanks.
