Saw this 3 times during the last week, once in Berne, once near Winterthur, and just today again near Frauenfeld. What seemed like 20-50 police cars, police everywhere, redirecting traffic, checking everyone, what's inside their car, etc, never saw anything like this in all my life. Apart from Hollywood movies and at the border in some third world countries. | |

How strict is this 'wearing mask in the car' rule? Maybe they are after that and you were alone in your car so of no interest to them?
I've not seen any of these monster controls but the other day the Gemeinde Polizei (that's the blokes in the Smarts, LOL) actually drove through the vineyard here (illegally, rofl) and when I expressed my astonishment my friend mentioned that during lock-down people gathered at a shed there, drinking beer, so he might be checking on that
