Tyre question...

Hi all. I know that the rules in Switzerland for tread depth are 1.6mm as per the UK and probably most of Europe... But does anyone know whether other offences such as sidewall bulges, deep cuts etc are the same? I presume they are the same in general, but I really want to check if they are more picky about very minor damage to tyre sidewalls from kerbing the wheel etc..? Thanks
