accident in Adliswil on Thursday

All,

did someone see what happened in Adliswil yesterday at about 5.30? i was riding through on my motorbike and saw that there was a huge crowd on the overpass (on the road out of Adliswil on the way up to the Wildpark) and cars had stopped and people were getting out to see what was going on. Helicopter crew was there and everything

unfortunately i had to go to a meeting and didnt have time to stop.

i could smell something burning and could see some wreckage on the road but could tell what had happened.

Re: accident in Adliswil on Thursday

Nothing to see...just the 'tour de suisse' passing through... quite amazing actually (the bikes flew past in about 0.25 seconds and the support team vehicles and military motorbikes were flying down the street too...

It was even more bizarre to hear the military 'security' guys responsible for blocking off the road a) talking very loudly in public and b) in French!

The BBQ was burning a few Wurst and the wreckage on the road...well actually, I think there was an associated car accident... husband noted two fire engines headed off up and over the hill as soon as they re-opened the road...

And we just moved away from Adliswil and missed the most exciting thing in many years
