I'm not sure if my query falls under this thread. I'm arriving thru the Zurich airport and my destination is the the University Hospital of Zurich. This will be approximately 11 PM. What is the best means of transportation to reach Frauenklinikstrasse and how? Thank you in advance.

Take the train to the main station and tram number 6 to ETH/Universitätsspital. Details here:

From the airport I would take the S-bahn to Zürich HB, then take either the Trams 9, 10 or 6 to the stop ETH/Universitätsspital.

Thank you Nathu, DaveA and Darkphoenix for the quick reply. i'll try to decipher what you guys sent me. If I still can't get it, I might as well take a cab. It's my first time in Zurich and I have no idea of the place. What's worse is, I'm arriving late at night.

Don't panic about finding it , it´s dead easy and probably easier due to the fact that you´re arriving in the evening (less people blocking your path!) The train station to get into Zürich is in the airport itself, so you won´t get lost. There will be still regular trains to the city. You are looking for the one labelled "Zürich HB". Once you are there, you will see lots of signs with numbers relating to trams. Look for trams number 6, 9 or 10. They all have a stop on Bahnhofstrasse. Or get a taxi right outside the station. Serionsly, it´s dead easy! You would get out at the tram stop "Uni-spital" or "ETH". I think Zürich airport is easiest to negotiate that I´ve been to. You can do it!!
