Looking for a 2013 autobahn vignette

Hello!

I bought a new car and will pick it up next Friday. The car doesn't have a vignette and even if the 2014 vignette will be out the 2nd of December, I don't feel comfortable driving without one.
So if anyone of you will sell one, please PM me. Thanks for your help!

are you sure it has no vignette? Every new car I've bought has come with one.

Or, just don't use the highway for two weeks.

Re: Looking for a 2013 autobahn vignette

100% sure it has no vignette. I'm pretty sure the car dealer removed it to sell it back to me. That's a no, no.
Well maybe not taking the highway is the way forward! I guess I can go from Lausanne to Basel without taking the highway right?

As Sean Connery says, you should ask the dealer to include a current vignette and a full tank of petrol!

Re: Looking for a 2013 autobahn vignette

The car will be delivered with a full tank. For the vignette, it's another story. I will try to push it when I pick up the car. Otherwise, yay to beautiful countryside

it's pre-owned from what you're saying?

If your old car had one, it's easy to swop over, I am sure the dealer will do it for free . Apparently it's not allowed
I suppose I could take the one off the Porsche, it won't get used again this year, bought from an EF member in March.

Sure: Lausanne-Murten-Solothurn-Oensingen-Liestal-Basel.

Just use Google Maps and select the option "Avoid tolls".

Re: Looking for a 2013 autobahn vignette

40 bucks for a new one, less on Ricardo ... is this such a big deal? The extra petrol cost due to avoiding the autoroute/bahn from Lausanne to Basel will chew up half the cost of the vignette already!

Here's one for CHF 20. I'm sure you can do even better.

I've checked on Ricardo already but you need to wait to have the activation code that they send by post. Let see how fast they are...

You can't buy a used one and even if you could you shouldn't. The ones on Ricardo and Ebay are brand new. No idea where people get them from but basically they're cheaper because they either price them for less or they can't shift them as people could just buy them from their nearest petrol station.

Thanks

In any case I have to pay a beer to someone because I found a new one on ebay.it for 6 Euro
