Motorcycle Instructor Schaffhausen (English speaking)

Does anybody have a recommendation for a Schauffhausen based motorcycle instructor who speaks English to get me certified to drive a full motorcycle (750cc)?

To get certified do I need to
A. Take a written test / and if so is it offered in English
B. Take a class at all, or can I just take a test? I was told I will need to take a class.

Re: Motorcycle Instructor Schaffhausen (English speaking)

I'm on the same boat as you, also doing my motorcycle and car license at the moment. Also looking for an English motorcycle instructor in Schaffhausen. I don't know how old you are, but if like me you're over 25 you need:

- The first aid course (I've already completed this, there are a few people who offer it in English in Zurich)

- Theorietest (when you apply for the Lernerfahrausweis tell them you need English and you can do it in Winterthur)

After those two you get your L plates which are valid for 4 months

- Vehrkehrskunde course

- 12 hours riding lessons (this extends your L license to 12 months)

Within the 12 months you can take the test. I want to do it ASAP so I can ride outside the country.

If you're over 25 you can get a 750cc right away, even on L plates. Let me know if you have other questions.

edit: If you already have a car license you can get a motorcycle learner license right away and don't have to do anything besides the riding lessons before you're allowed to take the riding test.
