I will need an early taxi service next Saturday @ 04:50(a.m.) in Zurich. Just wonder how reliable to reserve taxi online via below website. How do they confirm your booking? Should I make reservation online 2 days in advance? If you also try other taxi service providers, I also want to know your experience. Appreciate all of your sharing.

1. book the taxi on-line for a time 30 minutes before you need it (i.e at 4:20)
2. phone the company and ask if they can see your reservation

3. if taxi doesn't arrive at 4:20 am, phone the company again
