both of the above will cost you money. For a Honda, I'd say I would not bother. Market differences are likely to make it very expensive and painful.

It would be a sheer waste of time, effort and money.

cars here are cheaper than in India (same model / specs).

If you want to buy your dream car - look at used cars - they are very well kept here. f.ex. i sold my Innova for abt INR 10 lacs and bought a used 530d for the same amount.
