Affordable journey through Zurich

Hi

Is there any affordable method of travelling to work every day while living in Zurich? Is there a special card that allows to journey by every mean of transport and may be paid monthly?
Thank you for the information!

Here is the link to the monthly tickets:
http://www.zvv.ch/zvv/de/abos-und-ti...tab-tab_0.html

Here is the link to the yearly tickets:
http://www.zvv.ch/zvv/de/abos-und-ti.../netzpass.html

Pricing is based on the number of zones that you would travel in - here is the link to the zone plan:

The 2 tarif structures are for either transferable or non-transferable travel card.
