Importing a vehicle from US

If I don't want to go to the trouble of selling my new car here in the US and my employer is paying to move all my possessions to CH, should I have it shipped there? Are there any down sides to doing this?

It depends on the car, on your ability to work on the car and your budget. Loads of threads on this question under Transportation

It's a 2016 Lexxus RX350. Brand new. Will I find a dealer or mechanic for it?

The problem is the "brand new" bit - you'll need to pay tax on a car that has been less than six months in your possession before your move. Please read the other threads on the topic...
