| | Plastic tags for registration number plates
I am talking about the bottom plastic bit that slides and clicks in, preventing the actual car number plates from falling. That's where you usually see the name and phone number of the garage where the car was purchased.
I've lost the front one. If anyone knows what I am talking about and where I can find a replacement, this would be very helpful, thank you.

Do you remember where the car was purchased?
Otherwise try Jumbo.

Ask at any garage, they will give you one for free (with their name on it, of course).

Thanks.
The car is third hand already, and the first buyer on the other side of Switzerland, so original garage not really an option.
What is Jumbo? Actually just gone on their website, looks like a bit of everything, but could not see any section on car parts.

| | | | | It's a big DIY shop (chain). Does have a good section of car bits. Also Co-op Bau&Hobby, Migros Do It, etc.
You'll probably have to buy the whole mounting bracket, as the little movable bit isn't always the same.

Jumbo's a huge DIY place near Conforama (way out along the 15 tram route towards Meyrin.
Migros or Coop DIYs would be nearer for you I think, try the big Migros Brico-loisirs on Place de la Gare in Chene-Bourg, M-parc in Carouge (avenue de la Praille) or Coop Brico (also in Chene-Bourg, rue de Geneve), they all definitely sell number plate holders.
