Do you have any idea how many innocent cyclists and scooter riders have been killed in the last ten minutes?

A sense of perspective never harmed anyone.

So one man in Peru rides like a twat therefore you wish to punish scooter riders in Switzerland?

Seems a bit extreme, no?
Lets be clear: I want "e"scooter (electric scooter) riders (who can't be bothered to bloody walk) who drive "on the pavements" to be punished, yes. What annoys me is that while I (and most Swiss) are not trying to do anything illegal, then why should those who are doing something illegal should get away with it? And if they don't know what they are doing is illegal they should inform themselves first.

No I don't. They should all get off the roads. Do they pay road taxes?

They don't bother making bicyclists obey the law, what makes you think that they care about scooter drivers?

For anything you will find something on youtube.......

Just wondering why you are so focused on litigation .......Better start saving money as you will need that for a lawyer.
I am a lawyer. I have been compiling a stack of video clips from the streets of Zurich where escooters drive on the pavements in order to support my case one day when I will need them.

Widen your field, go chase cars that run red lights, trucks that overtake in tunnels.....

Since when is a private video allowed in court? You might get sued because of data protection rules

Do you have permission from the people in the video to video them?

Thanks! I didn't know that...

After all of our complaints here in Zurich they will eventually ban them here aswell. Can't wait for that to happen.

I tell you, I have had a good amount of responses from all the authorities I contacted already and they side with me. They are discussing what to do about this situation.

You said you're a lawyer. Do you understand the law in Switzerland pertaining to filming people without their permission?

If they are on the sidewalk, they are not on the road.

Words have meanings. Meanings are important.

Not really no. Because apparently there have been a lot of people complaining about the very same thing.
