Driving to Switzerland with stuff

I'm EU national and I'm moving to Switzerland soon. I'll drive my own car. I've read that I need to declare the car (form 18.44). To do so I need several documents like vehicle registration document, etc. Do I need to have this documents translated? Am I right that I'll be able to drive this car without registering for a year then?
I would also like to ask about stuff I'm bringing with me (clothes, private electronics, etc.). Do I need to declare this too? If so, do I need to count my clothes or what?
I'm really surprised that I haven't found clear answers to my concerns in the forum. Probably that's because I couldn't find them so all useful links will be welcome.

Thank you very much in advance.

Tipp: List all you what have you leave it behind and you do not initially import on a separate sheet attached to your 18.44. Anything not listedmay be subject to tax and duty if you wish to import it at a later stage.
