| | Buying and immediately selling company car.
I have opportunity to buy my company car after end of leasing contract.
I have also potential buyer for the car in Poland.
What costs will need to cover in order to buy and immediately sell the car?

Great answers.
Let me ask differently
1. What costs will I need to cover when registering post-leasing company car?
2. What costs will I need to cover when selling the car to abroad (any tax to pay)?

Any case the Polish buyer is only "potential" at this stage !

If you have your own parking spot or driveway you can forego the insurance and number plate costs by leaving it there, the buyer can arrange to come and pick it up on a flatbed to repatriate it to Poland. Obviously you can't drive it during this period.

Ok, see where you are comming from, i was thinking only of the buying bit as seller is still "potential"
Large denomination notes are very rarely forged as they are not so common and people tend to check them more thoroughly, whereas a Chf 50 note, when was the last time you looked carefully at one to check it was real | The following 2 users would like to thank for this useful post: | |

Then the buyer would need to take care of this things if he wants to drive the car to Poland or he would need to arrange other mean of transport.

Needs parking space on private property. Otherwise you will need plate and insurance to park on public space.
There is a small upfront cost for plate and new gray card (chek your locals StVA/SAN http://www.strassenverkehrsaemter.ch/ for fees) Insurance and road tax have to be paid but will be reimbursed pro rata once you hand in plates (do not sell car with plates !!) and gray card is cancelled.
2. Why export it yourself. Let that be the buyers problem.
Just for reference: There is not cost, tax, or duty to export from the Swiss side. There may be cost, tax, and duty for importing to the E.U./Poland. Different forms and papers maybe needed.

Yes I could arrange parking space in my underground garage temporarily. I wonder if I pay any income tax on the difference between my purchase price and sell price to Polish buyer?

If this is a one time off opportunity and you are not doing it regularly (this could mean two per year), and the sales price is less than 100k, than it is AFAIK tax free.
As soon as you do it regularly it is considered a business, as soon as the yearly turnover is more than 100k you must register said business, an you will have to pay VAT. (Other conditions may apply)
