Tesla's BoomBox did work while driving - but NTSA gimped it (and I doubt it was legal in Europe to begin with). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_MvmzR1m6w
It's (un)fortunately tightly regulated which sounds your car can - and cannot - make.
I assume your EV is too old to have AVAS?

What’s AVAS? Car’s just 14 months old. But too quiet particularly at low speeds.

I have a feeling that AVAS is not required in Switzerland.
Other half recently had an id.3 delivered (after 11 month wait) and I asked the salesman AVAS. He looked blank (as he did about most questions about the car.)
It does make a very quiet electric zoom noise, but you need to stand by in an enclosed space to hear anything...

Most current sales-persons are petrol guys who secretly wish for the return of the naturally aspirated V6 and V8.
As such, they are useless muppets when it comes to EVs.
Apparently, the Porsche staff is better. And of course, Tesla.
