Oh, no! Someone is not impressed! However will I sleep at night?

Honestly I have never seen this many dimwitted shitheads in one place, and I just got out of prison...
Nah, thinking what you call prison is your boring life with your wife who stopped loving you long ago, your boring job without perspective, your kids who walk by you in the house without noticing you, the rare moment you go to a bar you go home early since the seats next to you are always empty. That is your prison and nope you did not come out. And making a troll account on a small forum like EF is not going to help you fix your miserable life.

But hey, your choice :P

Here we have a mod advising people to do what is "explicitly illegal".
In which part of his post did Ace1 advise people to do anything illegal? He said that he used to filter all the time. He didn't say that he recommended that others do it too.

Saying that Ace1 was "advising people to do what is 'explicitly illegal'" would be like accusing a self-confessed Alcoholics Anonymous member of driving other people to drink.

That's quite a lot of detail and numerous assumptions in your story there, my friend. Are you sure you are not projecting anything about your own life?

But as she has demonstrated several times over, apparently, it is possible to simply open a new one.

And not just her
There are others? I did wonder about some of the long-term users having more than one account to be honest, but I don't suppose it matters much.
