Anyone had any experience of Tesla Roadside Assistance in Switzerland? How well does it work?

I'm thinking about cancelling my TCS membership. Is that wise?.... especially given this is a family car mainly used by wife ferrying the kids around.

AFAIK: Do not cancel TCS.

In theory, Tesla Road Side Assistance may be enough. In practice, it seems it’s too much hit and miss.
