Can I drive a "voiture de livraison" with Cat B

I am planning to buy a vehicle and on the grey card it is stated as "voiture de livraison". However, the total max weight does not exceed 3500kg.

Can you drive it legally only having a "CATÉGORIE B" drivers license?

Cheers all!
