Tax Refund Commute

Hey there,

So I've read up on this and searched quite a bit but can't seem to find the firm answer (maybe my Swiss German isn't good enough) but what are the rules regarding claiming a tax deduction for your commute to work?

I know ZH is a maximum 3000 CHF but is there a minimum value to meet?
Is this valid for all cantons? I was looking at moving to Glarus to be closer to work and shorten the commute but can't find information on rules of a minimum commute price I need to reach or how to check.

Any help would be appreciated.
