hi there, at my time of staying in Swiss for 5 months.
I need a car for my studying.

should i get an used car + insurance?

or should i just go for long term car hire.(insurance included)(where?)

any suggestion at this point?

which choice actually makes more sense and more saving?

i knew if i choice the first option i would probably saving up more.
but is it worth it?

If i need to draw my own insurance, is it possible to have it only for 5 month? or is it mininum a year basis?

For peace of mind, RENT one for 5 months.
All are included, service, insurance, etc.

You will not save any money, buying one. The risk is quite high for older cars.
