Help with locating a registered taxi driver

Hi - I'm hoping someone may be able to help - Is there a way to find out the contact details of a Swiss taxi driver just from their ID number. We need to contact them to ask for an invoice for a recent trip to provide to our insurance company. We had to take a private taxi from Geneva airport to our French ski resort as our original transfer company cancelled on us at the last minute providing no alternative option. So we hopped in a taxi outside the airport - we took a photo of the final meter charge and of the drivers ID card as confirmation of the cost of the fare as he couldn't provide a receipt. The insurance company is now saying this is not enough and we need an invoice for the journey. Any help would be much appreciated

Just knock one up in MS Word, stick the taxi co logo on the page.. :-)

I've submitted receipts (genuine) before literally written on a piece of plain paper and they were paid.

I suppose you have tried googeling the taxidriver's name. He might have a social media account.

Re: Help with locating a registered taxi driver

Since they're all licenced as taxi drivers I would think the cantonal vehicle office would be able to point you in the right direction to find him/more info.
