Vueling Refund. Is it possible?

Hi volks.

My flight from end april was cancelled and I the just gave me a voucher to use until sommer 2021. Do you know if it's possible to get a refund with the spanish airline? I booked direct by their website.

Thanks

According to EU regulations you are entitled to a refund. Did you ask for that voucher or did they just send it to you?

I've been trying to get a refund for months, without luck.

The other week I asked for a chargeback on my credit card as a result.

Re: Vueling Refund. Is it possible?

EU Regulation 261/2004 requires airlines which cancel a flight to give you The option of a full refund within 7 days or a rerouting/rebooking. They do have the option of giving you a voucher instead but this requires your specific agreement.

I’d cancel the credit card charge.
