A piece of paper which you had got from customs, if had declared the car at time you crossed the border (or Form 15.30 in case it did not count as a tax and duty free import)

Looks like you have smuggled contraband considering you do not have form 13.20. Not many will touch that car.
I have that fotm 🙂

Two options imo
-Put it in a Ricardo auction for 1 chf as someone else has suggested
- talk to an auto dealer, EF has limited knowledge about the procedure.

Driving back is a pita, borders will be closed due to covid-19 etc. Get rid of it here, it is possible even if it may cost you something. If you look at how much would cost you to drive it back also in terms of time! only to dump it in the backyard of some relatives and how much would cost you to give it to scrap (in the worst case scenario) etc I think the costs are comparable. Especially if you don't come from a place close to the border. Succes.

Check this out

Check this other thread from last week, a guy tried to get rid of his old car for 500CHF....he got 900 CHF instead, not bad. https://www.englishforum.ch/transpor...ar-export.html

Yes.

Tom

Which doesn't mean putting it on Swiss plates, as many people think.
